My name is Crew Spence, pro-wrestler turned performance strategist, and I run things here at Spartan Plan. I’ve coached hyper-successful people since 2008. I offer guidance to multi-millionaires, and I’ve helped thousands of people start successful 6-figure careers. I specialize in a variety of areas including career coaching, business development, dating advice, and fitness training. I started this blog to share my work with a wider audience.
I wouldn’t change my life now, but I couldn’t always say so: It was a long, bumpy road before I arrived at my profession. In the beginning, I learned these skills out of necessity. I transitioned out of my professional wrestling career into a desk job, and I was scared to death. I’d spent so much time developing my skills in show business, that I hadn’t thought about what I’d do later, much less how I’d find a life partner. What followed was years of self-discovery. I found mentors who would teach me the habits and strategies that made them successful. I learned that the difference between an amateur and a professional is a dedication to repetition. I was tireless in my efforts. I took classes in public speaking, writing, sales, and I even became a Certified Fitness Trainer.
I went from being divorced, out of shape, and broke, to a loving relationship, the body of my dreams, and a healthy income that’s helping me build towards early retirement. I’m not saying I’m perfect, but I’ve figured some shit out.
Spartan Plan is all about giving you actionable advice. I base my strategies on the 80/20 rule. I firmly believe that 80% of our results come from 20% of our actions. I’m passionate about reducing complex concepts to a few simple steps. From there I develop methods for creating habits around those simple steps. This way, success is unconscious. It just happens. My goal is that you’ll take my advice, and people will say, “You’re lucky. Success comes easily to you!”
Make no mistake about it. Success isn’t easy. At least it doesn’t start out that way. You need to overcome inertia. That’s where most people stop. They can’t get the momentum on their side, but if you’re willing to put in the time, you can achieve your goals. Success might be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. I look forward to sharing simple and actionable strategies that offer replicable results. Whether you’re looking to level-up your career, find the love of your life, or lose a few extra pounds, I’m your guy. Let’s do this!
